The following terms and conditions govern the display and sales of this webstore. Before accessing and using the webstore please read these terms and conditions carefully and ensue that you agree with their content.

www.bobbinhouse.gr may amend or simply update all or part of these General Terms and Conditions of Use. Any amendment or update to the General Terms and Conditions of Use shall be posted for our users on our Home Page as soon as such amendments or updates have been made and shall be binding as soon as they are published on the web site in this section.
Any amendments to the General Terms will be valid from the date posted on the website hereof. Any possible amendment of the General Terms will not affect orders that have already been placed in the website, before the entry into force of these amendments.
PRODUCT PRICING
The prices of the products include VAT.
Our web store has the right to modify the prices of the products, without previous warning, according to VAT changes.
Customers outside the European Union are subject to extra charges that may result due to currency exchange differences, custom costs, import duties, limitations for the products or other local requirements for which our webstore is not liable.
PAYMENT METHODS
Payment of your orders must be made by one of the following procedures:
– Payment on delivery (for shipping in Greece only)
In case the value of the purchased products does not exceed 300 (three hundred) Euros you may pay cash on delivery to the employee of the courier delivering your order. The cost for using this service is 2 (two) Euros.
– Payment by bank transfer

To receive optimal services please refer to your order code when making the bank transfer.
The bank transfer receipt must be sent to info@bobbinhouse.gr. The payment and emailing of the bank transfer receipt must be completed within three (3) working days after placing the order, otherwise the order is cancelled. It is stated that the order is valid only after we receive the bank transfer receipt. The user/customer is solely liable for using the correct account number and our webstore bears no responsibility in case of error.
– PayPal payment
Payments using PayPal are performed according to the terms and conditions of PayPal.
PRODUCT DELIVERY
The products of your order are not readily available and the estimated manufacturing time is between three (3) and fifteen (15) working days.
Our webstore is cooperating with SPEEDEX.
Estimated delivery time is three (3) working days for inland destinations while for Greek islands or remote destinations, estimated delivery time is three (3) to four (4) days. For International shipments estimated delivery time is four (4) to six (6) working days. For international orders the shipment cost is calculated according to the country zone pricelist for your country of selection and is disclosed to you to the email that you had registered.
The aforementioned delivery times are not valid in case of extreme weather conditions, strikes or any case of force majeur that may affect the time of shipment and delivery.
Dispatch Charges
- Greece, 3,5€ for up to 3 kilos and extra 1€ per kilo (including taxes)
- Payment on delivery (for shipping in Greece only) 2€ (including taxes)
- In case the shipping address of the products is in any other country except Greece, the delivery cost is calculated according to the country zone pricelist for your country of selection and is disclosed to you to the email that you had registered.
- If you wish the dispatch of your order with a courier of your choice other than the companies used by our webstore then delivery expenses are paid solely by the customer independently from the order’s total amount, the delivery destination and place. In this case the webstore is not liable for any delays in the delivery of your products.
- In case that the total amount of your order exceeds fifty (50) Euros the shipment is free of charge.
COOLING-OFF PERIOD
Within fourteen (14) calendar days you have the right to return any purchases made from our webstore and receive a refund of the price paid for the product, provided that the product is returned in its original packaging, in reasonable good condition and including the receipt you received with the product. The aforementioned fourteen (14) calendar dates begins on the following day of the date that you or any other person appointed by you (different from the courier employee) took possession of the purchased products.
In case that you have ordered more than one products that were delivered separately, the date of return is calculated on the following day that you or any other person appointed by you (different from the courier employee) took possession of the purchased products.
To exercise the right of return you must notify our webstore before the expiration of fourteen (14) calendar dates about your decision to cancel your purchase contract by sending your request at info@bobbinhouse.gr. Upon receiving your notification our webstore will send you without delay the confirmation of receiving your return notice.
If you cancel the contract by sending your notification to our webstore before the expiry of the fourteen (14) calendar days cooling-off period, you must return the product at our address – Paroikia Paros, 84400, Paros, Cyclades Prefecture, Greece. The product must be returned without unjustified delay within fourteen (14) days of the day we received your written notification of return.
In case of cancellation you are responsible for the return cost of the products unless the products are damaged or there is an error in the products delivered, therefore the return cost is at our cost.
If you cancel the purchase of a product, we will refund you in due time the price of the product by transferring the amount to the bank account that you will specify in your notification of return. However it is explicitly stated that in order to receive a refund, the product returned should be in the excellent condition it was received, undamaged, intact, inside the initial package and accompanied by all necessary documents. Our webstore does not receive returned products that are dirty, damaged, creased and in general appear to have been used more than considered reasonable to ascertain their suitability.
PRODUCT REPLACEMENT
Within fourteen (14) calendar days you have the right to return the product purchased in order to replace the size or with another product.
For returns within Greece there is no return cost, for the first replacement, provided that you use our appointed courier. For returns taking place from an international address, you are responsible for the return cost.
It is explicitly agreed that the products are replaced only if the initial product is returned to us in the same excellent condition you received it. We do not replace products that are dirty, damaged, creased or are not accompanied by all the documents you initially received from us.
CUSTOMIZATION CATEGORY(BOBBIN ME!)
This website includes a specific section called "BOBBIN ME!" where, in accordance with the section's terms and conditions, you can customize certain items by selecting your own texts and characters.
Please bear in mind that the colors, textures and actual sizes may differ to those shown on screen. Please also be aware that because these are customized garments, they cannot be returned or exchanged.
You guarantee that you are authorized to use the texts and other elements that form part of the customization of the products. Although we reserve the right to refuse your customization or cancel orders for customized products for failure to comply with these conditions, you will be solely responsible for the customization requested. We may refuse your customization, or cancel orders for customized products, if the customization includes or consists of inappropriate content, property belonging to third parties, or other illicit material.
We assume no responsibility for, and we undertake no obligation to verify, the texts or other elements included in the customization created by users of this service.
